Marki Microwave Introduces Precision Grade GaAs MMIC Fixed Attenuators from DC to 67 GHz


Marki Microwave has introduced GaAs fixed attenuators that provide precision-grade attenuation accuracy and VSWR, enabling the most demanding applications up to 67 GHz. The new ATN06-0067 and ATN10-0067, with 6 and 10 dB attenuation respectively, support frequencies from DC to 67 GHz and feature high-quality 1.85 mm connectors. They co-simulated their MMIC attenuator design with high-quality connectors to ensure optimal performance across the entire frequency range. The precision-grade attenuators provide signal attenuation and VSWR matching for use in 5G, SATCOM, automotive radar, and a variety of high-speed data applications.

Manufactured in a factory in California, Marki Microwave offers F/F, M/F, and M/M connector options to minimize crucial interconnect losses in any setup. For applications above 67 GHz, they recommend ATN06-00110 and ATN10-00110 (DC-110 GHz).
