Farran provides a suite of Frequency Extension modules and systems for VNA/PNA-X, Noise Figure Analyzer’s (NFA), Spectrum Analyzers and Signal Generators. These solutions allow customers to upgrade their test capability to mm-wave by upgrading existing or new equipment up to 500 GHz. They also offer stand-alone, low cost, full mm-wave VNA test solutions that provide full S-Parameter test capability from 18-110 GHz.
