The compact, portable design of the DHO800/DHO900 series of 12-bit digital oscilloscopes from Rigol makes them suitable for both on-site and desktop testing. An extension of the DHO family of high-resolution oscilloscopes, the DHO800 and DHO900 series leverage the company’s UltraVision III platform and custom ASIC chipset to enable with true 12-bit resolution with low noise.
Four models in the DHO800 series offer a choice of two or four analog channels with bandwidths of 70 MHz or 100 MHz and a maximum memory depth of 25 Mpts. The DHO900 series also comprises four models, all of which provide four analog channels, along with bandwidths of 125 MHz or 250 MHz and a maximum memory depth of 50 Mpts.
Oscilloscopes in both series enable real-time sampling at 1.25 Gsamples/s on a single channel and have a waveform capture rate of 1 million waveforms/s in UltraAcquire mode. Sampling with true 12-bit resolution reduces the quantization level between bits by a factor of 16 for enhanced precision. UltraAcquire mode allows signals to be captured faster and visualized in multiple display modes, including density, waterfall, perspective, and mosaic.
Prices for the DHO800 and DHO900 oscilloscopes start at $299 and $599, respectively.
