Smiths Interconnect announces the introduction of a new cable configurator tool which can automatically generate cable configurations.
The new cable configurator tool enables the user to select the exact product options for their design. The online tool allows for quick access to cable product families. It’s as simple as modifying the cable attributes to fit your unique performance requirements.
“The selector tool is an easy-to-use cable configurator tool” said Tullio Panerello, vice president and general manager of the Fibre Optics and RF Components Business Unit at Smiths Interconnect. “The output of the configurator will provide the customer with an outline drawing, electrical specifications, and the ability to follow up with a sales representative for ease of quoting and further technical guidance.”
