Mini-Circuits to launch its portfolio of RF and microwave components meeting AEC-Q200 qualification requirements for automotive applications. The initial offering includes 76 models within the company’s µCeramIQ™ (LTCC) product line, including filters, 90° hybrids and splitters, listed on a new page of the company’s website dedicated to the automotive market.
In addition to the standard models included in the launch, more models are undergoing qualification for planned release this year including couplers and balun transformers.
Mini-Circuits’ Global Market Manager for the Automotive segment, Justin Boyle said, “[Automotive] has become one of the most exciting emerging applications of RF and microwave technology, and we believe our breadth of products and design knowledge, as well as our quality management systems will offer great value for the unique requirements of this space.”
Aaron Vaisman, Director of Product Line Engineering and Business Unit Leader for the µCeramIQ product line added, “We’ve known that our products are ideal for the requirements of automotive systems for some time – they’re small, reliable in extreme environments, and well suited to the cost and repeatability requirements of volume production. We’re excited about this milestone in our product line development, and to show customers the advantages we can provide.”
The release coincides with the 2025 International Microwave Symposium (IMS) in San Francisco, where Mini-Circuits is exhibiting recent advances in its µCeramIQ products and other product lines at booth 1351.
