Nuvotronics Develops SWaP-C Optimized, 4-Channel Switched Filter Bank from 17.5 to 40 GHz

The PSB1030148 from Nuvotronics is a 4-channel switched filter bank designed to provide wideband filtering from 17.5 GHz to 40 GHz in advanced RF and electronic warfare systems. The filter bank integrates four channels with passbands from 17.5 – 24 GHz, 23 – 29.5 GHz, 28.5 – 35 GHz, and 34 – 40 GHz. It has a 1 GHz of band overlap between adjacent channels to ensure continuous frequency coverage. It has a passband insertion loss of less than 7.5 dB per channel and delivers up to 75 dB of stopband rejection, minimizing interference and enhancing signal integrity in mission-critical applications. 

Built with low-loss, highly selective filters, it supports hot switching for up to 24 dBm of input power and achieves ultra-fast switching speeds of less than 200 ns, enabling seamless frequency agility without interrupting system operation. The unit is housed in a compact 15.8 x 16.3 x 4 mm package and features bottom-side SMT launches that support standard solder reflow and epoxy PCB attachment techniques for simplified integration.
