This is the Motorola Edge 70 Pro. It launched back in April, and it costs €540 with 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. Depending on the location, there are a few Pantone colors to choose from: Titan, Zinfandel, Lily White, and Tea.

In the box, you’ll find the phone, a USB-C cable, and a hard case with MagSafe, which is a nice touch.

In keeping with its moniker, the Edge 70 Pro is thin and light, measuring just over 7mm and 190 grams. It’s also curved on both sides, which isn’t the norm for a slab phone these days.

We like the phone’s feel in the hand, though it’s a bit slippery, so do be careful with it!

Like other Motorola smartphones, the Edge 70 Pro runs Hello UI, a pretty and colorful take on Android 16, which we here at GSMArena like. It’s smooth, customizable, has lovely accents, and isn’t just another iOS clone.

Some of the upgrades of the Motorola Edge 70 Pro over its predecessor include a nicer zoom camera. The 50MP 1/2.76-inch imager sits below an 81mm f/2.5 lens, replacing a 73mm f/2.0 lens with a 10MP sensor.

The rest of the system is more or less the same – a trio of 50MP sensors for the main camera, ultrawide, and selfie. We’re already deep in testing, so stay tuned!

Another upgrade is to the battery, which is a 6,500mAh unit, up from 6,000mAh. Charging is the same respectable speed – 90W wired and 15W wireless.
