vivo launched the X Fold6 in China a few months ago, and yesterday a tipster on X claimed to reveal when it will be landing in India as well as other global markets. Today we have the device showing up in listings on the website of an Italian online retailer.
These listings show a price of €2,135.90, but this retailer has never actually revealed RRPs before – those will clearly be €2,199.99 or similar. Anyway, the ballpark has now been outed, at least. The retailer in question lists the X Fold6 in blue and black, with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. That may very well be the only RAM/storage configuration the EU is getting.

The phone is said to have an 8.02″ AMOLED folding screen with 2504×2312 resolution, an octa-core CPU clocked at up to 4.21GHz, a 200MP main camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, a 20MP front camera, and a 6,900 mAh battery with support for 80W wired charging along with unspecified wireless charging.
The handset is said to measure 157.2 x 74.3 x 9.9 mm (closed, clearly), and weigh 230g. It has an IP58 rating for dust and water resistance. Interestingly, the Chinese version of the X Fold6 has a 7,000 mAh battery, but this EU version may just be listing the rated capacity, which is always about 100-200mAh lower than the typical advertised capacity.
It also seems like the global X Fold6 will launch with Android 17 straight out of the box, paired with vivo’s own OriginOS 7 Fold on top, of course. The aforementioned rumor from yesterday claimed that vivo would launch the global X Fold6 on October 1, and if that’s true, then we’ll find out all the details in less than 48 hours. Stay tuned.
