Some of Sony’s First-Party Games Are Suddenly Missing from PS Store in the US

Over the last few days or so, it’s been discovered that a handful of PlayStation’s own, first-party games have mysteriously disappeared from the North American PS Store.

It’s not really known why, but games such as God of War 3 Remastered, Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, and Knack 2 are currently not available for purchase.

The issue appears to only be affecting North America; I can at least say all the above titles are still showing in the UK.

It’s thought that the reason for the games being delisted is due to some sort of pricing error or bug. If that’s the case, I imagine the games will be returned to the PS Store in due course.

I think it’s very likely this comes down to some small issue and the games will reappear soon.

Anybody who owns the affected software can still play and download them, so no worries on that front.

For some, though, this serves as a reminder of Sony’s impending all-digital reality; the company can delist games whenever it wants without warning and without providing a reason.

I’ll update this article should any new information come to light and when the games are brought back.

Have you noticed these games vanishing from the PS Store? Have any others gone missing? Tell us in the comments section below.
