Dead Island 2 is the standout title, and represents a fantastic open world romp through an undead LA. If you enjoy your time with the game, it’s worth noting the Expansion Pass, which provides access to two DLC packs, is on sale right now for just £3.89 / $4.79. You’ve got until 5th November 2026 to buy it at that price.
I think this is a pretty good selection of PS Plus Essential games, but I’m apparently in the minority. 34% of 3,500+ voters reckon it’s a “crap selection” — they’re not easily pleased! Only 16% of voters registered a vote to suggest they’re pleased with the lineup in our weekend Poll.
