United Monolithic Semiconductors to Showcase MMIC Solutions for Space Applications at Satellite 2026

United Monolithic Semiconductors (UMS), a developer of RF and microwave semiconductor components and MMIC solutions for space, defense, and telecommunications applications, will attend SatShow 2026, where eight products will be displayed at Richardson RFPD’s booth #3131 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC, from March 23 to March 26, 2026.

The products on display include the CHA2050-QDG, a packaged low noise amplifier; CHAT2368-98F, a low noise amplifier – VGA; CHA4252-QKB, a GaN packaged medium power amplifier; CHA6282-QCB, a 4 W GaN packaged power amplifier; CHA6354-QQA, a 4 W high power amplifier; CHA8254-99F, a 10 W Doherty power amplifier; CHA8362-99F, a 25 W power amplifier; and CHW4212-QKA, two-way power divider/combiner.

United Monolithic Semiconductors designs, manufactures and markets leading edge RF & millimeter-wave components and solutions for Defense, Security & Space, Telecom, Automotive and Industrial applications. Their in-house GaAs and GaN technologies offer state-of-the-art performance. Most of them are available in foundry mode.
