To support diverse operational requirements, the Sceptre Integrated Systems portfolio is structured into two primary categories: Monarch Systems and Application-Based Systems.
Monarch Systems
Monarch® Systems form the high-performance tier of Sceptre Integrated Systems, combining specialized hardware with broad compatibility across receivers and digitizers from more than a dozen manufacturers. These systems can be deployed in multiple configurations, including laptops, servers, and workstations, making them suitable for both mobile and stationary operations.

Laptops – Monarch-LT Series
The Monarch-LT series offers powerful, portable computing with Intel 8P+16E core CPUs and NVIDIA GPUs, designed for high-performance signal processing on the go. The LT-1G model provides a single 1GbE port, while the LT-10G option features dual 10GbE NICs with a Thunderbolt adapter for faster connectivity. Users can choose between a 16” display with up to 8TB NVMe storage or a 17” display supporting up to 12TB NVMe, with external Thunderbolt RAID options available for additional storage flexibility.
Servers – Monarch-RM and RRM Series
Monarch-RM and RRM servers deliver scalable, high-capacity processing for demanding signal analysis applications. Standard RM-1G and 10G configurations include dual Intel Xeon CPUs, multiple OS drives, and up to 22 SSD data drives totaling 675TB, with Broadcom quad-port 10G SFP+ NICs on the 10G models. The rugged RRM-10G 2U rack-mount system offers a short 22-inch depth, a 16-core Xeon CPU, and up to 122TB of SSD storage. For maximum performance, the PROv1 and PROv2 models add NVIDIA L40S and A100 GPU coprocessors, 40/100GbE Mellanox NICs, and bandwidth up to 2 GHz, enabling unparalleled processing for the most complex workloads.
Workstations – Monarch-3S
The Monarch-3S workstation is a portable triple-screen solution designed for high-throughput, multi-task signal processing. Equipped with dual 16-core Intel Xeon CPUs, four SSD data drives providing up to 122TB NVMe storage, and a quad-port 10G Intel SFP+ NIC, it combines desktop-class performance with portability, making it ideal for field or lab operations requiring simultaneous multi-screen data visualization and analysis.
Application-Based Systems

Kirby – Geolocation Systems
Kirby systems provide flexible geolocation for terrestrial, UAS, or stratospheric operations. The T6 and T14 models support automated or user-driven TDOA/FDOA geolocation, heat-mapping, signal detection, and real-time streaming of intercepted data, with fast spectral sweeps or IQ recording options. The H6 and H14 extend these capabilities for stratospheric missions, offering a low-size, weight, and power (SWaP) design optimized for extreme high-altitude environments.
Citadel – In-Place Monitoring System
Citadel is a multi-node, low-SWaP monitoring system that provides persistent, real-time observation of the RF spectrum. It includes Sceptre Plugins for continuous signal monitoring, a Central Manager to coordinate sensors and processing, and a web-based interface for remote tasking and visualization, making it ideal for security, quality control, or performance monitoring applications.
LTMS – Laptop Monitoring Station
The Laptop Monitoring Station (LTMS) is a portable, self-contained RF monitoring solution built around a 15″ Monarch laptop and Sceptre signal processing software. Designed for rapid deployment in static, mobile, or remote missions, LTMS comes in two configurations: a single SDR for versatile wideband monitoring, or a multi-SDR Signals Analysis Kit that enables simultaneous sweep-and-stare operations for targeted signal detection in real time.
