Radiall has completed its acquisition of Diconex, a company based in Andilly, Val-d’Oise, and its Breton subsidiary Deti Microwave, from the Laroche Group. The value of this transaction, which was not disclosed, is part of the group’s external growth strategy and aims to strengthen its radio frequency business by integrating Diconex’s expertise in high-power, high-frequency components and antenna solutions.
Diconex and Deti Microwave bring complementary technologies that enrich Radiall’s portfolio and consolidate its position in strategic markets in Europe, particularly in the fields of electronic warfare, tactical communications and satellite systems (Satcom), while opening up new opportunities in industry and rail.
“The quality of the teams and the technological complementarity with our RF product offering make Diconex a major and strategic asset. We are proud to preserve this know-how in France and to strengthen our presence in demanding markets,” emphasizes Pierre Gattaz, President of Radiall.
Furthermore, the operation potentially allows Diconex to accelerate its growth. “Joining Radiall opens a new chapter towards Diconex 4.0. This allows us to access new markets, strengthen our R&D and industrial strategies, and better serve our customers thanks to the global network combined with Radiall’s advanced expertise,” say Christophe Pigault and Emmanuel Michaut, Diconex executives.
Radiall has chosen to preserve Diconex’s current identity and governance, thereby ensuring business continuity and stability for customers. This approach is part of a strategy for the sustainable development of skills and industrial expertise.
