The power divider can handle an input power of 4 W and has an insertion loss of less than 1.2 dB. It delivers precise amplitude (0.5 dB) and phase balance (6°) – capabilities typically associated with narrowband solutions – now available in a compact, broadband form factor.
The 804-S-5.000 builds on MECA’s earlier 2-way design, extending the series into a 4-way configuration while maintaining the same emphasis on precision and size efficiency. Engineered for S-band, Wi-Fi 6E, and Wi-Fi 7 applications, the divider supports evolving telecommunications demands across 5G and emerging 6G platforms. Its performance and compact footprint help streamline system integration while reducing production complexity.
Manufactured entirely in the United States, the 804-S-5.000 is well-suited for aerospace and defense applications. It features a 4-way SMA Wilkinson configuration and operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +85°C, enabling reliable performance in extreme conditions. The unit can also be screened and ruggedized for deployment in demanding environments such as launch vehicles, satellites, and future interplanetary missions.
