Bad news for hot sleepers: if rising temperatures are already making you feel uncomfortably warm at night, things might be getting worse soon.
According to the Old Farmer’s Almanac, this summer is going to see hotter-than-normal temperatures across much of North America, with things getting particularly steamy in July and August. Pretty much everywhere except Upper Midwest and Heartland is likely to feel warmer than usual, and if you’re not prepared then you could be in for a long stretch of sleepless nights.
