IMS 2026 (IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium) will take place in Boston this year from 9–11 June 2026. This is the world’s leading event for RF and microwave professionals, bringing together industry and academic experts to showcase the latest innovations in wireless and communication technologies. In this story we have listed a few waveguide products that will be showcased at the event. Stop by the company booths to see these products.
Zero Bias Schottky Diode Dual-Band Direct Detectors
These zero-bias Schottky diode-based direct detectors cover waveguide bands from WR-19 to WR-1.5. Each detector can operate in two waveguide bands by simply exchanging the input flange used for RF signal injection. This concept enables continuous frequency coverage from 37 to 750 GHz using a set of just five units. The detectors provide excellent sensitivity, ranging from 9000 V/W in WR-15 down to 1000 V/W in WR-1.5. They deliver excellent linearity below –20 dBm RF input power, with an optimal signal-to-noise ratio of ~35 dB.
