It’s not the lightest shoe because of the large amount of foam underfoot, but it doesn’t feel too heavy or cumbersome on the run because of the energetic nature of the ZoomX midsole.
I still go back to the Vomero Plus when I’m not testing new shoes because of how comfortable and enjoyable it is for easy training runs, especially the longer outings required during marathon training.
The upper is well padded too, and rubber covers most of the outsole to ensure good grip and durability in that area.
It’s a cushioned shoe that I think works well for all kinds of runners.
