PrintFlowX – Download – Softpedia

Printing is a part and parcel of every office job, so being tasked with printing several documents at a time is not unheard of. If you’re printing in batches, then perhaps it’s best to look toward a dedicated utility to help you be more efficient. PrintFlowX is a straightforward batch printing utility that can work with two printers at a time, and even monitor folders for new printable files.

The program comes to the aid of users who regularly need to print documents, pictures, and other types of files in bulk, providing them with a solution that’s very easy to get started with.

Batch printing, simplified

The goal of the program is to facilitate batch printing operations without having to go through each file manually. To that end, PrintFlowX handles most of the work for you, requiring only that you select the files you wish to print on the interface.

Make sure to toggle the formats you wish to include before adding anything. Support is quite varied, with common formats like .PDF, .TXT, .XLS, .IMG, to name a few, being available for printing. Also worth knowing is that you can select different printers for A4/A3 and A2/A1/A0 paper.

Note that some formats may expressly require certain prerequisites to be installed. In the case of .DOCX and similar formats, you’ll need to have the 365 Suite installed. Curiously, this requirement also applies to text files.

Watchdog for automatic printing

One of the highlight features for me was being able to set a folder for auto-scanning, whereby the program would automatically recognize any printable files and, if toggled on the interface, print them directly.

Users can also set the number of copies to be made for each file, as well as select an action after printing, specifically to delete the files, or move them to the “already printed” section to make organization easier.
