Last month, we heard that iQOO was considering chipsets from Qualcomm and MediaTek for the iQOO 16T. Now we hear the smartphone will feature a 200MP camera.
This revelation comes from tipster Smart Pikachu, who said the iQOO 16T will feature a primary camera using a 200MP sensor, but won’t come with a periscope telephoto unit.
Additionally, the tipster said the iQOO 16T will have a cooling system that will use both liquid and air cooling.
iQOO 15T
Previously, tipster Digital Chat Station claimed the iQOO 16T was being tested with the yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6, but MediaTek’s Dimensity 9600 was also being considered.
The iQOO 15T was unveiled in May, so we are unlikely to see the iQOO 16T go official this year. However, the iQOO 16 is expected to arrive next month, and it’s said to have Qualcomm’s unannounced Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro SoC at the helm.
