Taoglas®, a trusted provider of antennas and advanced RF solutions, announced it has completed the acquisition of Wireless Instruments Sp. z o.o. (“QuWireless“), a specialist in high performance antennas and antenna-enclosure systems for wireless communication devices.
Headquartered in Poland, QuWireless has built a strong reputation for antenna enclosure products that perform reliably in real-world outdoor installations and harsh conditions. The company develops “all-in-one” integrated products that house routers directly within the antenna enclosure. These designs greatly simplify the antenna and router installation process for outdoor applications, with antenna enclosures available for all the major industrial router brands. The installer simply slots and secures the router into the antenna enclosure, leaving just one item to mount. With significantly less RF cabling now required, the installation can also improve signal strength and reliability in scenarios such as industrial sites, telecommunications network infrastructure, smart grids, transport systems, building rooftops, remote locations and areas with limited network coverage.
Building on Taoglas’ established capabilities in RF and antenna design, engineering, and global testing and certification, the addition of QuWireless’ antenna and enclosure expertise will enable faster development cycles and more predictable performance in the field. The combined portfolio further expands the range of supported devices, frequency bands and form factors, giving customers greater flexibility when designing and deploying wireless systems.
The acquisition comes as demand grows for reliable wireless connectivity in outdoor, industrial and remote environments, driven by the expansion of 5G, private networks and IoT deployments.

As part of the agreement, QuWireless will operate as QuWireless, a Taoglas company, with its product portfolio initially continuing under the QuWireless brand. The team will remain in Poland, serving as a center of excellence for antenna enclosure design, while working closely with Taoglas’ global engineering teams to support customers worldwide.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
