Asus is putting two new powerhouse laptops on the market — the ProArt P16 and P14 — both of which come armed with Nvidia’s RTX Spark chip, joining the ranks of the Microsoft Surface Laptop Ultra and a flip machine by MSI. What sets the Asus laptops apart is their minimalist design and the overall build. Both the devices offer a MIL‑STD‑810H military-grade build.
The ProArt P14 (0.55-inch, 3.26 lbs) is the lightest member of Asus’ productivity-centric laptop line, while its bigger sibling is the thinnest 16-inch ProArt laptop the company has offered so far. Both the laptops come equipped with an OLED screen that tops at an impressive 1,600 nits of peak brightness, reaching up to 120Hz of refresh rate and 4K resolution.

The centerpiece of attention is the RTX Spark chip, which serves Nvidia’s Grace CPU with up to 20 cores and a Blackwell RTX GPU with up to 6,144 CUDA cores, ticking alongside up to 128GB RAM and 1TB of onboard storage. The I/O situation is also fairly generous on these two laptops.
You get a trio of USB4 Gen 3 Type-C ports, a solo USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A port, an HDMI 2.1 inlet, a 3.5mm audio combo jack, and an SD 4.0 card reader. In addition to the ProArt P14 and P16 laptops, Asus is also launching the ProArt GR1X mini-PC, which comes armed with the same Nvidia chip, but fitted inside a compact chassis that measures 150mm x 150mm x 51mm.
