The Redmi K100 Pro and K100 Pro Max went official in China in August. Xiaomi has now confirmed that the base Redmi K100 will launch later this month. The handset is rumored to be powered by the older Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC.
In a post on its official Weibo account, Redmi teased the silhouette of the Redmi K100 and confirmed that it will be unveiled this month. Pre-orders for the phone are also live in China.

Redmi hasn’t revealed any details about the upcoming K100, however, the teaser image suggests that the phone could be offered in a green color variant.
Alongside the Redmi K100, the company will also unveil its Clip Neo open-ear earbuds. The TWS earbuds will be offered in White and Black color options.
The Redmi K100 is rumored to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset from 2024 and pack a 10,000mAh+ battery. It is said to sport a 6.9-inch display with high refresh rate, a metal frame, and Bose-powered dual speakers.
We expect Redmi to share more details about the phone, including its launch date, in the coming days.
